Outside changes.
The ground stays stable.

Geothermal climate control uses the earth's stable underground temperature as a dependable thermal reference. Instead of rejecting heat into 45°C summer air or extracting it from 5°C winter air, the system exchanges heat with ground conditions that converge near 22°C at depth.

One ground resource.
Four ways to use it.

Start with the building and site constraint. GeoAirCon selects the heat-exchange and delivery architecture around the outcome you need.

Geo Air Tunnel System

Use the ground to pre-cool or pre-heat incoming air before it reaches the room.

  • Best where roughly 300 sq ft of open ground is available per ton, or installation can happen before construction.
  • Primarily a pre-cooling and pre-heating system; conventional AC still handles humidity and peak demand.
  • Delivers a one-ton sensible load at approximately 200 watts.

COMPLETE CLIMATE CONTROL02 / 04

Geothermal Heat Pump / Geo AC

Full heating, cooling, and dehumidification with stable performance through extreme outdoor temperatures.

  • Up to 50% more efficient than an inverter AC, with adjustable heating and cooling.
  • A vertical geothermal loop suits both pre- and post-construction sites with limited space.
  • Provides complete AC functionality, including dehumidification and stable power use.

ULTRA-LOW POWER03 / 04

Geothermal Radiant System

Quiet, draft-free comfort delivered through a radiant roof or ceiling instead of high-volume cold air.

  • Up to 80% more efficient than an inverter AC for sensible heating and cooling.
  • A vertical loop makes the system suitable for limited sites and existing buildings.
  • Noiseless and draft-free; separate dehumidification may be required in humid conditions.

SOLAR + LOAD SHIFTING04 / 04

Thermal Storage Tank Add-on

Store thermal energy when power is available, then use it through the evening, night, or peak-demand window.

  • Supports evening and night operation while managing peak cooling and heating loads.
  • Costs approximately 8-10 times less than an equivalent electrical battery, according to the project estimate.
  • Solar PV integration can deliver round-the-clock thermal comfort without drawing grid electricity.

Indicative costs are based on the supplied GeoAirCon variants document and vary with soil condition, site access, capacity, and final engineering.

Which system
fits your site?

The right option depends on four questions: how much land is available, whether the building already exists, how tightly humidity must be controlled, and when cooling energy is needed.

01

Open land available?

Start with the Geo Air Tunnel for the lowest installed cost.

02

Need complete AC?

Choose the Geo AC for adjustable temperature and dehumidification.

03

Prioritize silence?

Choose radiant delivery for draft-free, low-power comfort.

04

Need cooling after sunset?

Add thermal storage to shift solar energy into evening and peak hours.
